Dear Mr. Deters,
Wolfy has been with us only a month but it seems he has always
been a part of our family. As a Mother of three busy sons and
wife to a hardworking physician, I had my concerns about how a
puppy would find his way in our life. Well it has been one of
the most seamless events of my life. From my first anxious and
questioned-filled conversation with you to your follow-up call
when he reached us in Philadelphia has revealed the care and compassion
in which you raise these little pups
.Many
thanks for the time and patience you gave to us throughout the
entire process. I feel blessed that you and your loving family
allowed Wolfy to come and be a part of ours.
And you must know, Sir, that I spent 6 months researching this
event, and when we were ready, interviewed 15 breeders and you
were, without a doubt, extraordinary in comparison. If Wolfy had
not been ready,( and I didn't tell you this because of Christmas,
)we were ready to wait for your next wonderful puppies. You and
your family are truly unique. Thank you again for kindness and
patience in faciliting our bringing the Wolfster into our family.
And thank you to your lovely wife, and to Kristin, Ross, Jena,
Megan, Caitlin and Blake! I know that they were all responsible
for the obvious nurturing and love that this little guy received.

I purchased my little
yorkie female puppy from Tim sight unseen over the telephone.
At first Tim would not sell me the puppy that I wanted because
she was so small, but when I told him we would personally pick
her up and take her back to Texas he finally agreed.
She is everything
he said and more. She is so pretty and petite, I love her! Tim
helped me step by step, he really cares about his puppies and
the people who purchase them. Thank youTim!

I just wanted
to say hello, give you an update..
Steve is doing
SO well! He is in great health, has an amazing temperment.. he
is already learning simple commands and potty training has been
a breeze.
I think the
best part of the whole transaction.. aside from getting Steve..
was working with you. I want to express my thanks for your patience
through the transaction, your willingness to accommodate my questions
and concerns and the care in which Steve was treated and also
"delivered". It is tough to do business over the internet
nowadays with all the fraud and shady transactions, but my whole
experience dealing with you really was so opposite of other experiences
my friends have gone through - thanks for bringing faith back
into dealing with people again!

Just wanted
to drop you a note Tim, and tell you how GREAT Magik is! He really
is the perfect puppy. In a previous email, you described him as
"happy-go-lucky" and that he is. He has a wonderful
disposition, is very affectionate, sweet, and calm. When I picked
him up at the airport & took him out of his travel crate,
he was ready to play. I expected he'd have to recover from his
long journey, but it didn't seem to affect him at all.
Here's the ironic part. When choosing between Magik & his
brother, we decided we wanted a puppy that looked different from
Merlin (our 15-year-old yorkie). Since Guy looked just like Merlin
did as a puppy, we chose Magik. Well, check out the pic below.
We could have named Magik "Mini-Me" instead! He and
Merlin are two peas in a pod, just different sizes. They are getting
along very well. Merlin for the most part keeps his distance,
but the first day all he did was just follow the puppy around
constantly. They've even been playing with toys together!
Once again, thanks so much for all you did to help bring Magik
aka Copper home. We couldn't be happier! I would be happy to be
a reference for your future buyers anytime.

LOVE him!" He is soooo amazing and cute!
My husband loves him too! We've been cracking up at his
clumsiness and cute personality! Our Mal isn't quite sure how
to react..but our kitty, Jack, is having fun! They have been chasing
each other all over the place! It tucker's them both out! As for
Tira.... I think it's gonna take some time but she'll get there.
He did pretty darn good in his crate last night. I was impressed.
He really didn't cry much until 3:30 when I took him out to go
potty. To my surprise... he was crying cause he had an "accident"
in his crate. Ooopps! I'd be cryin' too!!!
Hopefully, tonight will be better. It's so tempting to want to
put him in bed....but not yet! That time will come.
I'm so glad I chose you to do business with! It's been the best
experience!! I can surely tell Buddy is going to be a wonderful
addition to the Rodela household...or shall I say...."farm!..."
and that he has come from a "wonderful" home! You have
been VERY patient with me and it's very appriciated! I only wish
your family were closer so we could all meet. Being from California
where it is so BIG...people just aren't friendly and polite...or
it comes very rare. It's wonderful to come accross GREAT AMERICAN'S
like yourselve's when doing business and emailing! God definitely
pointed me in the "Deter's" direction! Thank you to
YOU and YOUR WIFE and to your CHILDREN(for those great pics!).
You are all so very special!

Hi Tim, I wanted
to tell you thank you so much for my puppy. I named him cassius
and he is the best puppy ever! I fell in love the minute I picked
him up in the airport. He is everything I hoped for and more.
Everything is going great, he is very well behaived, easy to manage,

Hi Tim
Not sure if you will remember me, but I bought your last 2 female
shorkies from you around this time last year. I’m from Colorado
and it was during the blizzard last December and we had to send
a charter plane to come pick them up…This picture is Lexi.
She was the smaller one of the two and I believe she was the runt
of the litter. Her and Bella (her sister) just turned 1 last month.
Just thought you might enjoy seeing this picture and wanted to
let you know how happy I am with the service you provided and
the puppies I got! J Bella lives in Colorado with my parents and
Lexi lives with me in Arizona. They are both happy, healthy and
very spoiled!!

Hi Tim,
I just wanted to let you know Heidi and I made it home safely.
She was terrific companion on our way back to Vermont. She travels
very well. It wasn't long before she was sitting in the passenger
seat next to me on her baby blanket. She ate and drank well on
the way home. I stopped many times for her to get some exercise
and go potty. Laura and I just love her. She has a great personality!
She loves her new home and she will be taken good care of, and
spoiled. We've made an appointment for the beginning of May, with
our VET to continue looking after her health.
It was a pleasure to meet you. Thank you for the new addition
to our family.
